Send a land quote request
The form on this page is the way to reach us. Agencies and tour operators use it to request a land quote, ask about a sample programme or start an agency contract. We reply by email to the address you give.
Who this form is for
The form is for travel agencies and tour operators. Please put your agency or company name in the form; it is how we match the request to an existing contract, or start a new one.
If you are a traveller, we are not able to book you directly. Ask your travel agent to contact us, or choose an agent in your own country who sells Indochina trips.
One request per brief works better than one long message covering several trips. If you are planning a season of series departures, send the pattern of dates and the expected group bands in the brief field rather than a separate request for each date; we quote the season as one file and break it down by departure in the reply.
What to put in the request
| Field | Why we need it |
|---|---|
| Type of request: FIT land quote, series group, or tailor-made group | The three formats are planned and priced differently |
| Your name and email | We reply by email to that address |
| Agency or company name | To match the request to your contract |
| Group size | The largest single variable in a land price |
| Travel month and length | Season, festival weeks and flight days depend on it |
| Countries and sample programme | So we start from the same days you are looking at |
| Hotel level and nationality mix | For hotel choice and the visa route |
A request with the type, group size and month is enough for a first answer. The more of the rest you give, the closer the first quote is to the one you will confirm.
What happens after you send it
- The request reaches our planning team with your agency name attached.
- A planner replies by email, either with an itemised land quote or with the questions needed to write one.
- If you are not yet working with us under an agency contract, the reply explains how to set one up.
- Once the quote is agreed, the booking steps take over.
We do not publish phone numbers or a postal address on this site at present. Every conversation starts with the form and continues by email, which also gives both sides a written record of what was asked and quoted.
Before you write
- Read the sample programme closest to your brief on the land programmes page.
- Check the pricing page for what a land quote includes and leaves out.
- If your route crosses a border overland, look at border crossings for groups first.
- For questions about how a trip is run, the operations page may already answer them.
Common questions
Questions agents ask
Can we phone you instead of using the form?
Not at the moment. The form is the way to reach us, and we reply by email to the address you give.
We are not registered with you yet. Can we still ask for a quote?
Yes. Send the request with your agency name, and the reply will explain how the agency contract works.
I am a traveller. Can I book with you?
No. We only work with travel agencies and tour operators. Your agent can contact us on your behalf.
