Land programmes for agents to resell
Four sample land programmes across Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos, each with a day-by-day itinerary and a clear line between what the land price covers and what it does not. They are starting points for your quote, not fixed packages.
The four samples
| Programme | Days / nights | Route | Format | Rates |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Classic Vietnam and Cambodia | 12 / 11 | Hanoi, Ha Long, Hue, Hoi An, Saigon, Siem Reap | Private FIT | On request |
| Indochina series group | 15 / 14 | Hanoi, Ha Long, Hue, Hoi An, Saigon, Siem Reap | Series group | On request |
| Northern Vietnam and Luang Prabang | 10 / 9 | Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Ha Long, Luang Prabang | FIT or small group | On request |
| Mekong Delta to Angkor | 8 / 7 | Saigon, Can Tho, Chau Doc, Phnom Penh, Siem Reap | FIT or tailor-made group | On request |
“On request” is the standard answer here, not a gap. Net rates go to registered agents per trip, after we know the dates, the hotel level and the size of the party. The pricing page explains how that number is put together.
How to read a sample programme
Every sample is written the way we would hand it to a guide: what happens each day, where the group sleeps, which meals are included, and the point in the day where things usually go wrong. That last part is deliberate. A programme that looks smooth on paper but loses two hours at a ferry pier will cost you a complaint, and we would rather you see the pinch points before you sell it.
Each programme page also carries a section on who the programme is not for. Use it when you match a sample to a client brief. A 15-day series built for coaches of 25 is the wrong starting point for a couple who want slow mornings, even if the route is identical.
What you can change without re-planning the trip
- Hotels in each city, within the same area of town
- One night more or less in Hanoi, Hoi An, Saigon or Siem Reap
- Which half-day visits fill a free afternoon
- Meal plan: breakfast only, half board on selected days, or all meals named
What triggers a new plan
- Changing the order of the countries, because regional flights do not run every day in both directions
- Swapping a flight for a road or river border crossing — see border crossings for groups
- Adding Laos to a Vietnam and Cambodia route, which usually adds a flight and a visa step
- Moving a series departure onto the Lunar New Year (Tet) week
Matching a sample to the brief in front of you
| If your brief says… | Start from | Watch for |
|---|---|---|
| First visit, two weeks, private | Classic Vietnam and Cambodia | Two internal flights and one regional flight in 12 days |
| Catalogue group, fixed weekly departures | Indochina series group | Allotment release dates and single-room ratios |
| Repeat visitor, north only, plus one more country | Northern Vietnam and Luang Prabang | Laos visa route and the Hanoi–Luang Prabang flight days |
| Short add-on, river and temples | Mekong Delta to Angkor | Cambodian visa at the river crossing, not the e-visa |
| Theme group: food, photography, architecture | Any sample, re-built as tailor-made | Specialist guides are scarce on peak dates |
If none of the four fits, send the brief anyway. Most of what we quote is a variation on these routes, and the samples exist so that you and our planners are talking about the same days and the same hotels.
What every programme here has in common
- Land only: international flights are never in the land price
- English-speaking guides as standard; other languages quoted on request and subject to availability
- Air-conditioned private vehicles sized to the group, with a separate luggage vehicle quoted for large series groups when needed
- Domestic and regional flights shown as a separate block in the quote
- Hotels named in the quote, with room category, before you confirm
Before you put a programme on sale, read the booking steps and the operations page. Together they explain what we need from you between confirmation and the day the clients land.

Common questions
Questions agents ask
Are these fixed-departure tours we can book seats on?
No. They are sample land programmes. You choose the dates and the format, and we quote and operate the land arrangements for your clients.
Can the programmes be shortened?
Yes, within limits. Cutting a night in a city is simple; cutting a country usually changes the flights and the visa steps, so we re-plan rather than trim.
Do the prices include domestic flights?
Domestic and regional flights are quoted as a separate block, so you can see them move independently of the land services. You can ask for them to be included or left out.
Can we see a sample with hotels already chosen?
Yes. When you request a quote, the reply names each hotel and room category for your dates and hotel level.
